Breast surgery and liposuction
Central idea: In many patients, the result does not depend on "doing more," but on combining techniques logically: defining the waist with 360° liposuction and achieve a more beautiful and natural bust with implant + fat.

The starting point: a good foundation, but "locked" proportions
The patient was an ideal candidate for a hybrid breast augmentation: stable weight, sufficient donor fat, and an anatomy that allowed for a subfascial implant. However, her silhouette appeared less harmonious due to a superficial concentration of fat in the flank area (the typical "love handle belt"), which visually shortened her waist and made the torso-hip transition appear more square.
His goal was clear: natural result, soft breasts and realistic feminine proportions (not an exaggerated aesthetic).
Surgical strategy: treat the silhouette, not just the breasts
The plan was designed as an intentional combination:
- 360° Liposuction focused on defining waist and flanks.
- Breast augmentation : implants + fat transfer.
- Without buttock grafts (key fact in this case).
Important: Although in photos/videos it may "appear" that the buttocks improve, in this patient No fat was infiltrated into the buttocksThe visual improvement is due to the sculpture around (hips, flanks and lower back).
360° Liposuction: creating shape by subtraction
The liposuction was performed circumferentially, targeting superficial layers of fat in the waist, flanks, and lower back. In anatomies with superficial localized fat, the removal of moderate volumes can produce a very powerful visual effect.
The goal is not just to "lose size": it's lengthen the torso line and smooth out the waist-to-hip transition. This makes the bust appear more projected, even with conservative sizes.
Hybrid breast augmentation: structure + softness
The implant provides projection and stable volume. Fat, used selectively, allows for:
- soften edges,
- improve transitions,
- Refine the décolleté when anatomy allows it,
- and avoid an artificial “look”.
Overall, the chest appears enlarged, but with a reading natural and anatomical.
The “synergy effect”: why it seems more dramatic than it is
This case is a good example of how a result can look very impressive without extreme measures:
- without BBL,
- with implants chosen with careful consideration,
- and with liposuction aimed at proportion.
A defined waist amplifies the perception of the bust. A soft, well-integrated bust enhances the overall femininity. The eye perceives fluencynot “operated areas”.

Who is this strategy NOT for?
- Very thin patients without enough donor fat for a useful graft.
- Extreme volume goals (require a different approach).
- Anatomies where the gluteus maximus does not improve just with contouring around it (this does not always happen).
The key is an honest assessment: a case is not copiedPrinciples are applied to your anatomy.

During the consultation, we evaluate your donor fat, your waist, your ribcage, and your goals to design a realistic and natural combination (with or without 360° liposuction).
FAQ
How does a hybrid breast augmentation differ from a "normal" breast augmentation?
The hybrid procedure combines implants (structure and projection) with fat transfer (smoothness, transitions, and refinement of the décolletage/edges). The goal is a more natural result in selected patients.
Is 360° liposuction "mandatory" for a good breast augmentation?
No. But when there is localized fat in the waist/flanks, defining the contour can greatly improve the proportion and make the breasts appear more harmonious without increasing the size of the implant.
Why might it seem like your glutes are improving if you're not doing BBL?
Because by sculpting the flanks, hips, and lower back, the gluteal frame is altered, and the curve is better defined. In this case, the visual improvement comes from the surrounding contour, not from injecting fat.
Who is a good candidate for breast fat transfer?
Patients with sufficient donor fat, natural-looking results, and suitable anatomy. The amount and exact area of grafting are planned according to tissue, skin, and desired shape.
