Dr. Alexander Aslani runs one of the most specialized plastic surgery centers on the Costa del Sol, specifically designed for advanced body contouring and facial plastic surgery.

Before founding Cirumed Clinic, Dr. Aslani was, between 2008 and 2018, Head of the Plastic Surgery Departments at Quirón Málaga and Quirón Marbella hospitals, where he developed and consolidated highly specialized units in body surgery.
During that time, he transformed both departments into an international benchmark in advanced body contouring techniques, attracting patients from all over the world seeking natural, safe, and highly personalized results.
The creation of Cirumed represents the natural evolution of more than two decades of surgical experience: a dedicated center where every detail, from planning to post-operative care, is geared towards achieving the highest quality results in advanced cosmetic surgery.

Three decades building the world benchmark in body contouring surgery
Dr. Alexander Aslani began his surgical training in South Africa, where he completed his residency in plastic surgery at King Edward Hospital in Durban and a fellowship in craniofacial surgery. He continued his training in Europe, in Austria, Germany, and the United Kingdom, gaining experience at the continent's most technically demanding centers.
Between 2008 and 2018, he directed the Plastic Surgery departments of the hospitals Quirón Málaga and Quirón Marbellatransforming them into international centers of excellence for advanced body contouring surgery. In 2018, he founded Cirumed Clinic, a center specifically designed for its techniques: high-volume liposculpture, fat transfer, and procedures combined with implants.
Coming from a family of doctors—his father, Dr. Amir Aslani, was one of the pioneers of modern mastectomy in Germany in the 70s—medicine is for Dr. Aslani a profound vocation that extends beyond private practice. As an active member of Interplast, leads a pediatric plastic surgery mission each year in Calcutta, India, operating on cleft lip in underprivileged children.
