Patient with hooding and fat herniation of the upper eyelids. Removal of the hooding, trimming of the orbicularis muscle and fat resection results in a more youthful, fresher look. We routinely use laser scalpel resection for upper eyelid blepharoplasty, which reduces swelling and improves quality of the scars.
