breast augmentation surgery

Case of the Month: May 2016

Our choice for our case of the month in May 2016 is a beautiful case of supercharged breast augmentation.

Combining submuscular breast augmentation with teardrop silicone gel implants with fatgrafting to the cleavage area and the gap between the breasts.

Cirumed Clinic is specializing in supercharged breast augmentation. The combination of implants and fatgrafting enable our surgeons to achieve superior results for our patients in all cases as compared to either fat or implants alone.

Case 9: Breast augmentation with cohesive silicone gel implants

Case shows a young patient with hypoplastic breasts. Good skin quality, no sagginess and some volume thickness to pad the implant. This is an excellent case for implant-only breast augmentation. Submuscular placement of two moderate profile round breast implants gave good projection, size and natural shape yet creating some cleavage. The incision often depends on patient preference,

Case 7: Breast augmentation with cohesive silicone gel implants

This patient suffered from somewhat lax and saggy tissues. In these cases, “anchoring” of the inframmary fold is essential to preserve a long term result.
Here Dr. Aslani performed “Dual plane” submuscular Breast augmentation with silicone gel implants 325 cc.

Case 6: Silicon implant breast augmentation

This is a case showing breast augmentations with silicone gel implants only. The patient had virtually no subcutaneous fat to spare so we proceeded with submuscular placement of moderate profile Natrelle implants, round shape.

This implants was elected since the patient had nearly no upper pole volume, in other words no cleavage. An anatomical implant would not have created an equally good result in the upper pole;

Case 5: Breast augmentation with Implants (Natrelle)

This patient, a young lady of rather thin complexion, suffered from the loss of volume and projection of her breasts. What troubled her that whilst she had a very attractive face, her body had a complete lack female shapes and curves. We performed subpectoral (submuscular) breast augmentation with 345cc Natrelle round moderate projection implants. On request of the patient we used an inframammary (under the breast) incision.

Case 4: Breast augmentation with silicone gel implants (Natrelle)

In this case the patient requested a substantial breast augmentation matching both her shape and size. She had no extra subcutaneous fat deposits, so fat transfer breast augmentation was not an option. We recommended breast augmentation with cohesive silicone gel implants.

On the patient’s request we used an inframammary incision. In general, we offer all three accepted approaches for breast augmentation,

Case 3: Breast augmentation surgery with microtextured cohesive gel implants

Breast augmentation surgery with microtextured cohesive gel implants. 29-year old patient, submuscular dual plane breast augmentation with cohesive round moderate plus profile microtextured implants. This patient preferred a inframammary incision for her breast augmentation. We use all accepted approaches such as inframammary, periareolar and axillary, with periareolar being our general preference.

However, we believe that patient comfort with the chosen incision is of utmost importance.

Case 2: Breast augmentation with cohesive silicone gel implants

29-year old patient, submuscular breast augmentation with 305 cc anatomical (teardrop) moderate plus profile microtextured implants. Microtextured implants are ideal for breast augmentation They are very smooth to touch but yet dispose of enough texture to protect against capsular contracture. They are ideal for breast augmentation patients who put emphasis on a very smooth, natural feel.
