In this case there was very little breast tissue to cover the implant, and a nearly absent lower fold. This can be a tricky situation and with breast implants only it may be difficult to achieve a top result.
In this case, we combined a 345 cc submuscular breast implant with superficial fat grafting to smoothen the implant edges. Supercharging breast surgery gives excellent results regarding optimal shaping in the cleavage area and a more natural feel.
