Patient with a near complete underdevelopment of her breast. Breast augmentation was done using moderate profile round cohesive silicone gel implants. To enhance the result, micro fat grafting was done to enforce the soft tissue padding of the implants. Supercharged composite breast augmentation is an excellent option for patients with very little soft tissue cover over their implants. The addition of fat grafting gives a much more natural feel and a fuller look.
Very thin patient with very little gland volume and excess skin. Implants only would likely result in very visible implant edges and increased palpability. Since she had a small, but pronounced fat deposit on both saddlebags, submuscular implantation of silicone gel implants were combined with subcutaneous fat transfer of 100cc each side. This resulted in healthy soft tissue cover over the implants and very natural feel.
Breast uplift with minimal scarring. This is an excellent case to demonstrate the potential of supercharged breast augmentation in patients with saggy breasts. This patient had received advice for T-scar augmentation mastopexy in three previous consultations. We were able to achieve a very satisfactory result without extensive scarring, merely with supercharged breast augmentation and minimal scarring for an areolar reduction. No extensive T-scar was necessary.
