This is an excellent case to demonstrate an indication for supercharged brazilian butt lift surgery. The patient in this case was rather thin. Originally she requested fat only brazilian butt lift surgery. Like many of our patients, she was referred by a friend who had already had surgery with us and she felt inspired by her results. However, she had much less fat and to achieve the desired result with fat transfer only would have been impossible.
The bmi of this patient was less than 24. For patients such patient, it is necessary to resort to silicone to give them the desired result. Nevertheless, we always combine the surgery with fat grafting, since results will be more natural and more roundness can be achieved.
In this case a 300 cc soft touch anatomical buttock implant, together with approx 300 cc of micro – fatgrafting, gave the patient the desired result.
