In this case, surgery to both upper and lower eyelids was undertaken. The lower eyelid surgerty was done from inside, with out any scar outside. Lipofilling was undertaken in the area of cheekbones bilaterally. This is an extremely effective addition to lower eyelid surgery because it can smoothen the ridge below the lower eyelid ( the so called tear trough).
