The case presented here is a classical example of a “difficult buttock” because the patient has an inverted shape, which means that the hips are goping inwards creating a so-called “V-shape”.
The difficulty is that fagtrafting to the hips is limited by the usually present tight skin, which makes depositing larger amounts of fatgrafts impossible.
Fortunately, in this case the patient’s skin laxity allowed us to graft a sufficient amount of fat for a good result.
