The patient presented in this case suffered from very unsightly and marked bulging of her love handles. At the same time, she had a deficiency in the mid-buttock area.
This gave her buttock a “collapsed” appearance and massively influenced her clothing and her lifestyle.

This is a brilliant indication for Brazilian butt lift surgery. We removed all of the subcutaneous fat from her love handles and used grafted the fat to restore volume and shape of the buttock, changing their appearance completely.
