Whilst breast are never totally symmetric, but a balanced look is important for the aesthetic impression.

Levelling out sever asymmetries can be very challenging.
In the case shown here we worked with two different size implantsfat grafting and areola alignment. Different size implants are typically used when the volume difference between both breasts exceeds 10%. Asymmetries minor than 10% can typically be addressed with fat grafting.
