Our case of the month in August is a wonderful case of combined breast augmentation.
The patient presented with a significant intermammary gap before surgery. In these cases, we achieve great results combining teardrop silicone gel implants together with fatgrafting to the cleavage area and the intermammary gap.
This combination enables us to provide our patients with great results far beyond what would be possible with silicone implants alone.
