This patient had somewhat ideal preconditions for Brazilian Butt Lift surgery. Prominent flanks and love handles together with lack of outward projection of her buttocks promised a very good outcome. Following our standard protocol, we accentuated her buttocks using water jetstream assisted fat harvest and enhanced this effect with laser liposuction to the donor areas.
