This patient had a wonderful indication for Brazilian butt lift surgery. Whilst being a tall lady of rather thin complexion, she had complete absence of buttock projection and typical gluteal “dents” which, in other words, means a lack of sideward roundness. Her dissatisfaction about this look was aggravated by her very pronounced “love handles”. Notice how laser liposculpting in the waistline area produces a pleasant “hourglass shape”
