This 22 years old patient under went reshaping and accentuation of her buttocks using water jetstream assisted fat transfer using fat harvested from her flanks (love handles), abdomen and lower back. Body Tite was used as a skin retractor to tuck down the skin at her waistline after fat harvest to give her a waistline as accentuated as possible. Water jetstream assisted fat harvest is usually performed under local anesthetic with sedation.
