The patient presented with a slightly straight shape, but she had some buttock volume, some waist and a moderate buttock projection. If patients present with such preconditions, and on top of that have some good subcutaneous fat deposits, one can achieve some very impressive transformation effects.
In the case shown here we transferred a total of 1000cc of fatgraft in a multiplane injection technique. In a patient with these preconditions this is more than sufficient for a great outcome.
