In the case shown here one sees very bulgy and unsightly fat deposits in the lower back area of this patient, this area is also known as the “love handles”.
If one removes fat from this area and uses the same fat for transfer to the central parts of the patient’s buttock, where in this case some finds some deficiency, this volume exchange from love handles to buttocks can give some great shaping results.
