The patient presented in this case suffered severe rectus distension and an umbilical hernia. There was also a significant amount of loose skin. She was at menopause at the time of initial presentation and suffered from myoma. She had been recommended a hysterectmoy via her previous cesarean section scar. In an interdisciplinary operation, our gynecologist first proceeded with hysterectomy.

We than took over and performed abdominoplasty, rectus muscle plication and repair of her umbilical hernia in the same anestesia.
