Lipoimplant supercharged breast augmentation combining a submuscular cohesive silicone gel together with smoothening of the implant edges with subcutaneous micro-fatgrafting. The combination approach in breast augmentation surgery combining fat and silicone yields significantly better results as compared to silicone breast augmentation alone.
Patient with progressive ptosis (sagginess) of her breasts. She had been recommended a vertical breast uplift elsewhere but did not want a large scar. Good aesthetic result achieved by supercharged composite breast augmentation with 295cc round Natrelle silicone gel implant and 120cc of fat micrografting into the subcutaneous layer to fill the skin envelope.

Patient with a near complete underdevelopment of her breast. Breast augmentation was done using moderate profile round cohesive silicone gel implants. To enhance the result, micro fat grafting was done to enforce the soft tissue padding of the implants. Supercharged composite breast augmentation is an excellent option for patients with very little soft tissue cover over their implants. The addition of fat grafting gives a much more natural feel and a fuller look.
Very thin patient with very little gland volume and excess skin. Implants only would likely result in very visible implant edges and increased palpability. Since she had a small, but pronounced fat deposit on both saddlebags, submuscular implantation of silicone gel implants were combined with subcutaneous fat transfer of 100cc each side. This resulted in healthy soft tissue cover over the implants and very natural feel.
